• To confirm and fulfill your booking
• To send booking confirmation and cancellation emails
• To send SMS notifications (booking confirmation, appointment reminders, cancellation notices)
• To contact you about your appointment if needed
• To process refunds when applicable
• To send a post-service email with an optional tip link

Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us, including:
