What's the difference between the four detail levels?+

Revive Signature is the complete transformation — engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, machine polish, and scratch correction. Ultimate gets you showroom ready with a hand polish, clay bar treatment, trim restoration, and full spectrum detailing. Pro Detail is the deep clean — hand wax, shampoo & scrub, and leather conditioning. Essential keeps your ride fresh between deep cleans with a thorough wash, steam sterilization, and bug/tar/sap removal.

How long does a detail take?+

Essential takes about 1.5 hours, Pro Detail about 2.5 hours, Ultimate about 3 hours, and Revive Signature about 5 hours. Times vary slightly by vehicle size and condition.

What areas do you serve?+

We serve Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, and surrounding Triangle communities within 30 miles of Cary, NC. We come to your driveway, office, or apartment lot.

Do I need to be home during the detail?+

No. As long as we can access the vehicle and a water source, you're free to go about your day. We'll text you when we're on the way and again when we're done.

How do I pay?+

You pay online when you book through our secure Stripe checkout. No cash or cards needed on the day of service. Your payment is processed securely and you'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

What if it rains on my appointment day?+

If there's heavy rain in the forecast, we'll reach out to reschedule. Light drizzle usually doesn't affect exterior work, but we'll use our judgment and communicate with you. Your booking can always be rescheduled at no cost.

Can I tip my detailer?+

Yes! After your service is marked complete, you'll receive an email with a secure tipping link. You can select a preset amount or enter a custom tip — it goes directly to your detailer through our secure payment system.

What's your cancellation policy?+

You can cancel your booking through the admin dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations are processed with a full refund to your original payment method. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible.

Do you need access to water and electricity?+

Yes, we need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet nearby. If you're at an apartment complex without a personal spigot, let us know in the booking notes and we'll work something out.

What do I need to do to prepare my vehicle?+

Park in a shaded area or garage if possible. Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle. Make sure we have access to a water source and power outlet nearby. That's it — we handle the rest.

Do you detail trucks, SUVs, and vans?+

Absolutely. We detail all vehicle types. Pricing is tiered by vehicle size: Sedan/Coupe, SUV/Crossover, and Truck/Full-Size SUV/Van. Larger vehicles take a bit longer and are priced accordingly.

How often should I get my car detailed?+

For most people, an Essential maintenance wash every 2–4 weeks keeps your car looking great. A deeper detail (Ultimate or Premium) every 3–6 months handles the buildup that regular washing can't reach. The Revive Signature is perfect once or twice a year for a full reset.

Will you come to my office or apartment?+

Yes. We detail at homes, offices, apartment complexes, and anywhere with a level surface, water access, and a power outlet. Just enter your address when booking and we'll confirm we can service that location.

Is my payment secure?+

Yes. We use Stripe, the same payment processor used by companies like Amazon and Google. Your card information is never stored on our servers — it's handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
